Just good ice cream, every time.

Mediocre ice cream and really bad customer service. The young kids working here need serious help with the way they treat customers. Did not greet us when we walked in even though there were 3 of them behind the counter and we were the only ones in the shop. They acted like we were an inconvenience and were not friendly. Cold Stone > Maggie Moos.

Terrible service. Apparently they just pick who they want to serve next. Waited 10 minutes and they then took the order from the family that was standing behind me.
