Pricing is very good especially if you get on the program and be a member. My little sugar came out of this smelling like a baby clean she was happy and they even did her dental hygiene. Very nice people I recommend it highly.

The quality of services has definitely gone down over the last few months between waiting 2 weeks for any appt availability, to the constant turn over of staff and the quality of the bath and nail grind...the new manager assures me she is working on things but personally, I am done trying. I was supposed to get a call back from whoever handles the cancels last week and that didn't happen either. Be careful with banking extra washes if you decide to cancel they only give you the remainder of the month to use them. I am out $75.

This place used to be awesome - now they are just money driven with no regard for your pet. We no longer feel it is a safe place for our dog and we have been clients for almost 6 years.

In the past I gave SCENT hound 5 stars but today I am changing it to the one the star they barely deserve. Over the last 5 years and three dogs this place has been terrific. I understand staff turn arounds but they have hired a new manager, Shenai, and her tactics, treatment of dog parents and staff is horrible. I no longer feel safe bringing my dog because I fear she will be abusive to him. It really is too bad because Katie and the rest of the staff at the Boynton center are fabulous, professional and friendly. I would keep my membership but when the manager is rotten the whole place goes downhill.
