We are a real estate team who works with sellers that need help preparing their property for the active market. We used Bumsi Junk Removal to clear out a mobile home for an estate listing. We had multiple requests and Eddie made sure they were able to fulfill every one of them. They showed up on time, were extremely professional, very kind, and took great care and consideration not to damage our seller's property. They got all the work done quickly even though it was 90 degrees outside without AC in the building! Hard workers. The price was appropriate and more than fair. Just a great group of people willing to help us and go above and beyond for our clients.

I am in the midst of minimizing and moving, so I called Bumsi to dispose of a few large, heavy newer items that were in perfect working condition, but could use a new home. We don't accept any hazardous liquids that can potentially damage environment, we also don't take paint. There is places where you can drop them of for free, and if you have paint you can properly dry that way it can go to the dump.
Depending what do you have, we see if something can be donated, and recycled and stop there before we go to the dump.
Usually we can do job same-day or next-day. And if we get super busy, we probably can do it within 3-5 days.
Our minimum charge is 150$ In most cases it's when you have just a single item, like a couch or different piece of furniture. Price includes all taxes and fees.
We accept Cash, Credit cards, Venmo and Paypal. Maybe we will accept bitcoin soon:)
The price is based on how much space it will take in our truck, how long it will take to load and if there anything that needs to be recycled for example fridge, tv, washer and dryer and etc. The way we usually handle this is by giving a free estimate, and if you accept the price we will be able to remove it right away. Every job is different, but price ranges between 150$ - 1100$ for a single load.
