Make an appointment people! We got right in and out. We made an appointment Friday evening for a Saturday noon appointment. We were astonished how many people waited a long time to be seen. The service was friendly, he took care of what we needed. There was a bit of upselling attempts, but it wasn't too bad or annoying. No one likes to have to take care of this kind of stuff, but they made it easy and painless.

I came here to get my phone activated. After 1 hour wait, I was helped by an agent. After another 1.5 hours, they told me they could not help, with no real explanation other than a system issue, and would escalate this to their manager. I was given both the agent and managers business cards, and sent home without a working phone. In the week since, the phone is still not activated, and I have recieved no further communication. I have emailed them (2x) with no response. There is no other way to contact this store.

That's what we do.. just have Internet... pay for prime, Netflix and hulu... no commercials

The best thing to do is to make an appointment. That way you do not have to wait. If not possible, first thing when they open would be best.
If you can't walk in just tap on the glass, an associate will come around with a tablet and check you in
I don't think so. They have plenty of replacement accessories on hand and I'm sure remotes are plentiful.

I have on line banking and I have it sit up to take it out of my bank account on a certain date each month. I would call and talk to customer service provider and set it up for payment arrangement from my account.
