My ceiling had a leak that stopped around 930pm reported It using the online portal and submitted maintenance request. He came first thing in the morning and took care of it. Explained what happened and what he did to fix it. I appreciate the fast response. I’ve lived here for 10 years and love it. It’s a very family friendly complex. Manager is quick to respond. She goes above beyond her duties. Lots of the families have been here just as long if not longer than me so our kids had a chance to grow together.

Amazing apartments affordable, well kept . Robin has been an amazing manager , she is quick to respond to emails and calls. Great community for families.

I love these apartments! We have great management, a great maintenance team and although the price of these apartments are significantly less compared to most other places you do not feel like you are living in a cheap place. Everything here is very well maintained! The outdoor pool area is my favorite during the summer and is very well kept. Very happy with our decision to live here (:

The pet policy allows fish tanks/aquariums after a pet interview and photograph with the size of the tank is taken into consideration by management along with any current renter's insurance and insurance that covers water damages that the applicant/tenant has provided proof of.
