We relocated for my husband's job and the office staff were unbelievably helpful from out of state. Once we moved it was like a dream, the apartment complex is so well kept and the maintenance staff is on top of everything! The front office, staff and most of the neighbors are all kind and wonderful. We have almost been here a year now and it's the best apartment we have ever lived in. The prices are going up because the housing market has but it's worth it, for the safety and peace of mind. Great place for families

They do a great job at keeping the complex clean. The staff is always pleasant to deal with. I lived there 2 years and never had a problem. Neighbors are mostly pretty respectful and pleasant. The best Apartments in the area, for sure. Thanks for making it a good home for me.

Overall, a good place with relatively new and well kept appliances and the property/area was well maintained. I had lived here in a 2bd, 1bth on the 2nd floor for almost 4 years and enjoyed my time there. The office often set up events and had food trucks over. More so prior to COVID but still did what was possible during. I never had an issue with parking even without having an overhang or garage. I had very few maintenance issues. Whenever I put in a request it was handled quickly, they were professional, and accommodating for us who worked nights. About a 10min walk away is a Haggen and several food places that was pretty nice to be near. I could rarely hear my upstairs and downstairs neighbors but people going up and down the stairs could sometimes be loud.
