First visit, but really great! Very impressed with both staff and Dr. Milam. I have difficulty walking and they went above and beyond. Really appreciate the care they gave me. Front desk made check-in easy too.

Horrible front office staff. Located in an ugly strip mall. My primary care doctor moved here a few years ago and I followed her here. Now she’s retired and while I like my new PCP, the organization and front office staff are horrible. I dread going here.

This place wasn’t initially bad, when I had my first doctor. It started to go downhill after my second doctor. My third doctor was horrible. Yes, in the two years I was a patient I had three different doctors. I came into this office multiple times to address my anxiety and depression and never received any real help other than a therapist referral. I asked to be considered for antidepressants and they would never prescribe them to me, despite my severe panic attacks and relentless insomnia. The last straw for me was when I went to a check-up and asked if I could be taken off my blood pressure medication, as I had been taking much better care of my health and felt like I didn’t need them anymore. My doctor agreed and told me to stop taking them. A few days later my heart starting racing for no reason and I later found out it was because my doctor failed to tell me to taper my doses - it’s very dangerous to abruptly stop taking blood pressure medication. Not long after that, I asked for a refill of a medication and was told by the same doctor that I “wasn’t taking that medication” and couldn’t get a refill. Even though it clearly says on my chart what medications I’m taking, and I clearly know what medications I’m taking. After SIX days of messaging this office with no response, I finally got my doctor to respond to say she MIXED ME UP WITH ANOTHER PATIENT. It’s extremely unprofessional and unsafe to mix up your patients. I had to go six days without taking a medication that I needed because of the incompetence of this office. I switched to UW Medicine who have been amazing and have actually made an effort to listen to me. Do not waste your time here - you are nothing more than a number here.

I have been a patient for over a decade. The staff are friendly and helpful, but like any doctors office some times I have to wait longer than I would like. The care over the years has been consistently good.

Good question i have been a patient there for years they are great everyone in the office from the girls up front to the nursing staff to the doctors they all care getting appointments are easy to get scheduling never been a issue and unlike other clinics that you make a appointment for one and don't get seen until three or four they see you at one maybe 105 lol like i said i freaking love this clinic they really do care
Yes, several practices in this building.
Yes ask your doctor since he knows your medical history.
