It was wonderful working with Sandra and Joe. They are beautiful and very professional. They helped IRC and refugee clients to resettled in their permanent housing. Thank you both for your work. We appreciated it from our heart.

Love the concept, a store right in the complex and strip malls. But it has expensive stuff and often renters here complain after leaving. But I think it is nice inside the units and well maintained. Parking seems iffy for residents

The staff is nice and communicate great until they get the money then they are rude they dont return calls or emails.i am in a voucher and they are constantly calling my section 8 case worker lying to them trying to get my voucher taken and whenever I call the office and ask them they are rude and hang up on me or if I go down there in person they claim they can't see me cause they are busy when you can clearly see they are not. The children are wild and out if control with no parent supwrvision. Fighting and cursing its crazy. I have lived here here for a year and a half and I have a huge hole in my ceiling that has been there for a year , my dryer is broke and I can't use the laundry facility on site because it's locked up due to homeless ppl living in it and they don't give tenants a key to get in. I would highly recommend not living here if you can avoid it. The parking is a joke here they tell you nothing about how it works and constantly how pols cars without warning and they are a huge apartments with very very little visitor parking they will how you even if you have the vehicle registered because it's not in a visitor spot but the visitor parking will be full. They tow if you are parked at the businesses as well. Avoid this place at all costs I wish I jad
