Office and leasing management were absolutely horrible on move out process, each person told me something different and leasing manager didn’t review my contract and I ended up having to pay another month of rent even when I didn’t live in state of WA, AND THEY NEVER ANSWER CALLS OR EMAILS, DO NOT MOVE HERE

Update: The maintenance are also a dopey set of people that reportedly do a lot of complaining about the tenants. Who’s to blame when they do very little about it such as trash being everywhere. — They don’t honor their word so there might be surprises. The management is spiteful and takes their frustrations out on customers. They need to communicate better amongst themselves. I think some of them should find a simpler job more suited to their aptitude and skill level.

This place is absolutely beautiful and amazing and a good home for my son too. The parks are beautiful, ponds all sorts of things they are building and if you need maintenance or something else they are right there getting it done. I don't think all the managers get enough credit for all their hard work they do. I appreciate all of you and keep up the amazing work! Also they may sound like they don't sound happy or annoyed but trust me they aren't they are overwhelmed with new movers current residents needs and buildings being built still so it's understandable that they sound exhausted and wanting to get everything done they are very nice and understanding :), I really like the manager I believe he is woody he is sweet , understanding and takes his job seriously when I went in there this morning he was genuine and made me feel better about the situation I'm in and made it a little less difficult for me thank you so much woody :)
