I lost the packages from this facility several times. I can only rely on some nice neighbors to return my packages. I really wish the delivery fee can be paid to them instead of fedex.

Zero! πŸ‘ŽPlaced an online order that originated in Kent, WA and cringed when I saw it was being shipped by FedEx. They are notorious for damaged boxes, filthy packages, and majorly slow delivery! My package has now been sitting at the Auburn facility for over a week. Why?! My shipping details are showing as correct~ address is correct, the weight of the package is indicated, there have been no significant weather incidents, and I highly doubt my package is being searched for drugs! Other posts have indicated the auburn facility is famous for delays! Please I urge all companies to not use FedEx Ground! Especially, if there is a possibility of being routed through Auburn. The Auburn management team needs to seriously take a look at the workforce and figure out how to fix this issue!!!

I would love to give this location 0 stars if I could. My package was being sent from from Kentucky and I checked the tracking number and saw it moved quickly in about 2 days to Tacoma, WA and then the next day moved to this Auburn, WA facility. Well for the last 6 DAYS it’s been getting scanned in and out at the same exact facility meanwhile I live in Kent that’s literally A 12 minute drive away from the facility. Have talked to 3 different customer service reps and not a single person can tell me anything outside of what I can literally see on my own screen with my own eyes. Just absolutely ridiculous and have never dealt with this kind of horrible service before when it comes to a shipping service.

I just bought a brand new gaming console that has been sitting in this Auburn facility for several days. FedEx tracking will not give me an updated delivery date. I have had to cancel all of my plans the last 3 days to sit on the couch by the front door ALL DAY to make sure I don’t miss my delivery, because we have been having a lot of theft lately. Customer support has done absolutely nothing. All they tell me is the information I can already read with my own eyes when I enter my tracking number. When I ask to hold my package for pick up, they tell me they are unable to process my request. Not sure what else to do.. I live in Kent, and would be more than willing to drive to the warehouse to pick up my package.
