Perfect location close to everything from shops, restaurants, and the beach. I read some reviews after booking and then i got nervous but this stay exceeded my expectations from the moment of check in to check out. The valet guys sure have their work cut out for them but they were very quick and efficient when we requested our car. The room was very spacious with a kitchenette, living/sitting area, and dining area. We had the perfect view of both the bay and beach. We definitely enjoyed our time on the balcony in between running around town. We did not venture downstairs to the pool or restaurant in the hotel but the area outside was very clean and had lots of seating. They may have been doing some renovating as the 10th floor had a heavy paint smell in the hallway that would be my only complaint but it wasn't too worrisome since we only experienced it leaving and coming back to our room. A great place to stay in my opinion.

I would NEVER suggest this hotel to anyone I know. The accommodations were poor to say the least. The hotel appears as though it is halfway through a renovation but there is NO work being done. The staff the rudest I have ever experienced. Our son used this hotel and their partner SunDream yachts for their wedding recently. Upon our arrival we were treated poorly, and our room had mold in the sinks. They switched us to another room (without mold, I think) but it was no better. We spent a fair amount of money for the stay and also for the social hour dinner on Saturday. The food is great and the bartender Carmelo is THE BEST, but honestly, you don’t have to stay at the hotel to enjoy the only two good things about this place. I will NEVER be back. Yes, we did try and speak with management before we left, but they didn’t seem to care. NO STARS WORTHY!!!!!!!

I wish I had read the reviews before I booked and paid A LOT FOR my room. A lot of the reviews are very accurate and true. Starting with the valet they need help and they also need the management or the owner to provide more of a belly driveway so things are safe because it’s not a safe environment. They have that whole empty grass lot to the right and I’m not utilizing that space. Secondly the Vue bar and grill Space they have there in the hotel needs a total right now. The carpet is sticky and mushy like it hasn’t been cleaned in years and it has a disgusting smell an odor to it. The front desk staff very pleasant very nice very accommodating trying to be very accommodating and understanding. The leading up to the rooms the hotel hallway is cold as far as temperature wise but you can smell something that’s not fresh in the carpet hasn’t been vacuumed in probably years. They had to switch me to two rooms because I had issues with the AC but they are things in the hallway in the room that don’t cost little of nothing that could provide a better environment like paint fresh painting on the walls or keep it off the the joint compound that they have placed to fix holes they just didn’t go back and paint it. Several things in the room that just with a little bit of work because I’ve just been fixed replaced or repaired before I guessed especially with the amount of money that I paid for 4 nights.

Absolutely disgusting. I wish it gave me the opportunity to post pictures. Our initial room had mold on the bathroom ceiling, room 621. The bathroom fan/vent would not work which probably contributed to the mold and was filthy dirty. The carpets were severely stained and there was dust everywhere. We brought this issue to the front desks attention and requested to switch rooms. When asking the front desk if they were aware of a mold issue, they responded with, “it’s because we haven’t remodeled it years” in a careless nonchalant manner. This is a HUGE liability and health risk for guests staying here. We were moved to room 802, which was a room that accommodated persons requiring a wheelchair. This room was not any better. We lost balcony privileges, and the water from the shower went all over the bathroom. The fan and vent did not work in this room either and was equally as dirty. The routine and maintenance on this building needs severe attention. The customer service and hospitality is severely lacking as well. When we reached out to Hilton to not continue the remainder of our stay at this hotel because of health issues, they said they would cancel the reservation. Following this, I asked them if they could find us another room at one of their hotels nearby because we are Diamond members and the start to our vacation was ruined and an inconvenience. They responded that we were essentially on our own and could try and find a room but they were most likely booked for spring break. From a customer service standpoint, we were outraged. If we tried to find a room at the last minute during spring break, the rates were absolutely insane. We were extremely disappointed with our stay and the way we were treated. If you care about your health and want to stay in a clean environment where you are valued as a guest, stay far away.

Yes. I forget the floor but they do have some. Just make sure you have detergent.
There is only valet parking like most all of the beach hotels. The price is currently $35/ night plus tax
Yes in both rooms I've been in
Yes, I have checked in passed midnight a couple of times.
no resort fee the man who parks the cars.
This is a hotel and a residence. Most units are owned by individuals such as myself. Normally checkin is 4pm, but that is flexible.
Lift or uber is the best way to get around.
