Arcelley and Tracey are running this place into the GROUND!!!!!! They are rude and nasty all of the time literally for no apparent reason. there are so many problems from the silver fish crawling on the walls (photos attached) Holes in the ceiling (photos attached) that have to get covered with Spackle and paint every 2 months. Broken smoke detectors (photos attached), broken parking garage doors, broken stairs(photos attached) Key Fobs that don’t work!!!!! You are wasting your time looking here!!!! They just want your money. I have been here almost 3 years. I have went through so much from my car being keyed in the back parking lot of my building. Someone leaving an explosive device right in front of my door. (Photos attached) MY PACKAGE BEING STOLEN FROM THE MAIN OFFICE and trying to get maintenance to do there freaking job!!!!! It’s really disgusting to live here

Do not lease here. We have been living here for almost 2 years and whenever we’ve had issues, the office management has done nothing about them and just dismiss them. Your packages will be stolen from time to time and the main office will not care. At times I have been told my package never arrived and after filing a complaint, the office will find it a week later and act like nothing happened. Key fobs constantly do not work, neither do garage doors. Most of the time doors to the building are kept open overnight which is scary because you never know who will come inside the building. You will find random people who are not tenants hanging out in the lobby as well. If you have a dog and pay for the dog park, it is a waste of money because people from the neighborhood will bring their dogs in for free and sometimes their dogs will attack yours but you as the tenant who actually pays will have to leave because they will refuse to.do not waste your time.
