I had an appointment scheduled to repair my phone screen. When I arrived, I was greeted and then the guy answered the store phone that started ringing. It was only a few minutes but it was frustrating that a phone call got priority over a paying customer wanting to drop their phone of for a scheduled appointment - especially since there were two other employees in back. It was for nothing though as they are unable to fix your phone without your SIM card or passwords to log into the phone. I have a spare phone and kept my SIM for it as I need my phone for work. I also have the responsibility to keep the data on my phone secure, so just handing out my password is unacceptable. The option to check the phone functionality at drop off and at pickup was not offered and I ended up leaving frustrated. Maybe in the future they can have processes in place for those of us who need that level of security.

I made an online appointment to have the battery in my iPhone 6S replaced. I dropped the phone off at 5:00 PM and picked it up about 5:50 PM without issue. I was shown that the battery would need to be charged as it was showing only a 7% charge. I connected the charge cord when I returned home but after charging overnight, it had only gone to 6%. The next morning I returned to Batteries Plus and explained the problem. They quickly performed checks and said they would call my wife when the problem was corrected. My wife received a call very early afternoon that the phone was ready. It has been a week now and I have been very pleased with the battery performance of my phone. It was unfortunate that their was an initial problem, however I am very happy with the prompt correction of the failure and am confident in using Batteries Plus for service in the future. My phone is in excellent condition and I was returned in the same. The price was right and service was curteous and timely.
