Posting late review. I had an appt with Schmidt at Sunlife in May at the old office. I was not informed of the new office and I got there at the old office 15 mins before my appointment. Then I had to rush to get into my car and drive to the new office. Waited 15 minutes. Gotten all my vitals done. The med assistant told me my BP was high. I said "of course, it is high because of all the hustle of driving from one place to another". Then Schmidt came in and told me that I didn't need a pap smear done because my result from last year was normal. I said. "And you or your office couldn't have called me on the phone to let me know that so I didn't have to come in at all?". I was upset obviously. Then he said. "Would you like me to still do it". I am like" Isn't that your job after all". I was really upset by then. He asked me to follow up with my primary DR. with regards to my high BP. I then asked if I can get my lab work done and a referral to get my mammogram. He said sure without asking me anything more. Waited for another 15 mins for the phlebotomist. Then it dawn on me, I was not fasting so I can not get my lab done. I walk to the front office and told them. I left. I did went back the following week for my lab drawn with fasting. I did never heard of the referral for mammogram or anyone from the office following up with me. I had to call the radiology place and I was scheduled out 3 months. I was with Sunlife for 5 years.. this was the worst experience I had. I am looking for a different gynaecologist office going forward. I sincerely ethnically, Schmidt or your office did not billed my insurance for the useless office visit where nothing was done.

worst place ever did not take my miscarriages seriously. Nor did they listen to my concerns at all. Go to Dr. Pass or literally anywhere else

ABSOLUTELY WORST PLACE I HAVE EVER GONE ,WAS RESCHEDULED 3 TIMES FOR MY FIRST ULTRASOUND !THEN WAS SENT ALL THE WAY TO CHANDLER YESTERDAY FINALLY TO GET MY FIRST ULTRASOUND JUST TO FIND OUT TODAY THAT THEY MOVED LOCATION BUT DIDNT TELL ME WITH ALL THE RESCHEDULING THEY PUT ME THREW . DONT WASTE UR TIME OR MONEY HERE
