Dr. Sarah Shwartz is truly the best. She delivered my daughter and was very available and helpful. The PA there is also amazing. I have been going there since she left her previous OB and it's been a great experience ever since. The staff is always helpful, patient and kind. Highly recommend.

I’m giving this 5 stars ONLY because DR. Schwartz is amazing and anything less would effect her but I felt the need to write a review as a husband my wife and I have many concerns trying to conceive this is the only DR we feel comfortable with however the staff whoever answers the phones are horrible ! For over a month my wife has left messages for the dr and they say calling back she will call from a blocked number today it’s now over a month later and no return call finally I told my wife to just make the December appointment which is extremely far away from now for what we are dealing with my wife booked the appointment and the appointment person said see you then with no update of phone number , insurance, address nothing Rudley hung up on now we don’t even know if my wife has the actual appointment try to call back 4 times and they pick up and hang up if it was not for the awesome sr on Long Island I would have given this review nothing and a lot more negativity!

Awful experience losing my daughter

I have been coming here since I am 16 years old. I am now 20 living out of state and make my appointments when I visit New York. The office is extremely unprofessional and I was told by the front desk woman that now that I live in a different state I can go to another clinic. How rude can someone be? Do your job lady. I am disgusted with the amount of attitude I receive every time I have to deal with the front desk staff. Not only did they cancel my last appoint on me when I was visiting New York but now they stopped filling my birth control because they say I need an appointment. DEFINITELY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS GYNECOLOGIST FOR ANY YOUNG WOKEN OR WOMEN LOOKING TO BE COMFORTABLE WITH THEIR DOCTOR’S OFFICE
