Worst place ever! Staff is super rude and they are not helpful at all. I have been trying to schedule an appointment for about 2 months for my annually check up and they finally scheduled me for today. They sent me a text message with the wrong location, I called explaining this and expecting to be seen because it was their fault that I’m going to be late, and this person over the phone said to me that I have to reschedule for another day. I couldn’t believed that they are not trying to fit me in even when they had the fault. NOT RECOMMENDED

This review is not related to the health care provider, but to the office personnel. Dr. Perez was nice and knowledgeable, but her personnel was unfriendly and totally disrespectful with my needs. I waited 3 months for them to send a simple referral do a dermatologist. I had to call them several times. When they were finally able to send the referral, they did not send the authorization, leaving me in the same place of no way to see the dermatologist. I felt humiliated and mistreated. It seems that I had to beg for a service I am paying for. I believe that the medical office personnel should be better trained as far as costumer service and efficiency. As well as how to humanely treat their clients. I am deeply disappointed and frustrated with this office, and am changing to another ob/gyn office.

Edit: my initial issue with wait time was resolved immediately. I want to thank Dr. Luts for everything she has done for me. She has delivered both my children & we are forever grateful for her. ********* Their wait time is ridiculous, I HAVE to go every week to get a shot because they want to "have" a medical record of it. I am always 10-15 min early to my appointments & have to always wait 45m-1hr to be seen by a float nurse. Today i had it (I waited 1hr), I just left since they have no type of respect for my appointments.
