Well their website is terrible to start. It's not an ecom site, it's a picture gallery. You cant order, search inventory, pricing, shipping nothing. So I then proceeded to email them regarding my interest in ordering 25-30 juniper trees. I received a reply from Dan not answering my questions but he had some of his own. Does your property have full sunlight and where are you located. I answered Dan within 32 minutes and it's been a week and no response. Apparently, Coral Springs Nursery doesn't want more money or good reviews. So I'll try their competitors, Flamingo Road Nursery, Nu Turf, Leseras, heck maybe even Lowe's or Home Depot, I'll update with my experience from those as I'm sure they will at least respond to prospective customers. Update: decided to purchase them from Home Depot, great experience, unfortunately some of the junipers died but fortunately their customer service and return policy is on point and they replaced the dead junipers. It’s been 6 months give or take and they are doing great.
