The newer villages/condo associations had clothes washers & dryers oriiginally. The older villages generally do not: Bahaama, Nassau, Victoria, Antigua(?), Bermuda, and others. If an apartment was not designed originally to include laudries, they can't be legally installed, for various reasons.

Not sure what you mean by "100% Equity." When you buy an apartment that is governed by a condo association, and according to most condo documents, you own the "paint on the walls, and everything inside the paint." Some associations specifically include or exclude drywall and the concrete pads between floors, the doors, and windows. You are also buying "limited" and "common" interests in things like sidewalks, roadbeds, etc. If you get a mortgage, you'll generally need to put down 20% or better - your equity. As you pay off the principle of your mortgage, your equity increases. Be aware that equity loans can be scarce for condos, and many condos refuse reverse mortgages.
Even though wynmoor is a no pet Community there are ways that you can have one here. You have to get two letters from two different doctors preferably therapists saying that it is a emotional support dog or companion dog Etc. However, I'm pretty sure you can't have any dog over 20 lbs. He certainly contract with the management on-site go to there page either on Facebook or on the Internet and ask that question of the management office. I had a dog who weighed about 10 lbs here for several years. We have plenty of dogs in Wynmoor now.

Wynmoor is a "55 and older" community. Every occupied apartment MUST have at least one resident of 55 years or more. Adults over 18 may live with the 55-plus resident, but no one younger may live there more than 30 days in any 12 month period. Rental rates vary considerably with the age and location of the apartment, from perhaps as low as $1,000 monthly for an annual lease to twice that or more. "Snowbird" rates are considerably higher. There are restrictions on renting. Depending on the association, a new owner may have to wait a minimum of either 1 or 2 years before the apartment's eligible to lease. At that time, if more than a certain percentage of apartments are rented, the new owner could be added to the waiting list until the number of existing renters is below the limit.
