After experiencing a water leak today 9/9/22, that ended up with me having to remove everything from my closet and lay towels down to prevent water damage. I ended up having an unbelievably stressful and unprofessional conversation with their regional manager of GreyStar Ashley McIntosh. There is an apparent and blatant lack of care and respect for residents and our wellbeing. I was spoken to condescendently and my situation was disregarded as not a inconvenience. Meanwhile, I'm behind on work, my clothes are soaked, all my towels and sheets are having to be washed (after sapping up the water) and I have to live out of the living room til Monday. And of course I'm concerned about mold now. Which was found in the apt a couple years ago which caused me to have to empty out my closet back then as well. But per them it happens and I shouldn't be upset or expect compensation. In fact when I did ask about compensation the attitude from the staff completely changed. I was cordial and calm the entire time and don't believe anyone should be spoken down to. Past post: The unit, I can hear the people above me use the bathroom, literally hear them go and then flush... They do nothing about the raccoons so expect your trash cans to be knocked over and the valet trash people only pick up some of the garbage. Large dog feces everywhere! Finally rent increased near 21% this year, and nothing additional was offered. I've been living here three years already...I reached out about the increase and any negotiation was turned down.

Wonderful experience outside of the parking concerns (late night workers). Quiet and clean area. Close to turnpike and 10-15 from 95. Near shopping and grocery stores.

people who live or who intend to live in this condominium, be very careful with them because I lived for 1 year and when I went to receive mine after I returned they deducted almost 900dollars. claiming that it is dirty and the stove is stained, the carpet is dirty and much more. I CLEANED EVERYTHING AND MADE A VIDEO OF THE WHOLE APARTMENT…BEWARE. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE AND OUTSIDE THAT THE ATTENDANTS AND THE EMPLOYEE WHO TAKES THE PHOTOS ARE ALL A LOVE THE DAY YOU RENT THEN THEY TREAT YOU LIKE GARBAGE…. bad experience.
