Service drop off and pick up was ok but the detailing after leaves much to be desired. I don’t expect actual detailing but I shouldn’t be able to see dirt at bottom of panels and stains on the headrest. Overall an ok experience.

People have to understand that just because you make a service appointment that appointment is to talk to the advisor not actually have a mechanic work on your car. Is that in most of you guys think that as soon as you get there it needs to be done right away when you go to the doctors you don’t rush the doctor to check you out think of it the same way mechanics are like doctors but for your car we need time it’s meticulous work so being there for three hours yes that’s because it is one of our busiest days and we have all the mechanic so we can have working it’s just that they’re busy you’re not at the front of the line you’re in the back it whenever we get to it that end most of you guys think that as soon as you get there it needs to be done right away when you go to the doctors you don’t rush the doctor to check you out think of it the same way mechanics are like doctors but for your car we need time, and by we I mean us mechanics I don’t work at VW but I’ve worked for Honda.
