Went there. Dropped the car off for 6 hours for an oil change with a toddler and an infant. Had to transfer cars and be inconvenienced they never called me. Had to call them at closing to let me know they never did it. No call could have just told me they can't get to it. I would have been fine with it. Never going back. Horrible communication and lack of professionalism .And not the first time I had a bad experience here.

UPDATE: After following up with the email listed below, I got a call from Mike who proceeded to tell me that I contacted the wrong people after I had a problem and why didn't I contact them directly. (I thought the message I sent had gone to them directly.) He was accusatory and belittling throughout the call. Firestone was my go-to for years. The last few visits I've had have been getting progressively worse. At my last visit, I had them perform a full vehicle check before a road trip. They said the things I was worried about (including battery) we're fine, but had $1000 of other issues. I was about to travel for three weeks alone with my kids in the car, so I agreed. The next day, the car wouldn't start. I got it jumped and took it to Ford. The battery needed replaced. After their "necessary" repairs, I've had issues that I never had before. I had to go back to the Ford dealer and pay another $1000 for them to fix things that Firestone did wrong. I reached out to someone to follow up on the terrible experience and they never responded.
