Had a visit at the Maricopa location, 10/2022….they have a very odd setup when checking in. I did not feel as comfortable as I should feel at a gynecology appointment! I did not feel like the Physician/PA took enough time to understand me or my body as a new patient and also with me having previous abnormal “paps” I felt rushed when explaining my previous medical history! I received a text to discuss my test results, so I called IMMEDIATELY (nervous) I talked to a receptionist and asked if I could schedule a “telehealth” appointment. She said “Yes!” and transferred me (NO ANSWER) I got the voicemail! I left a message, waited almost a week for a call back (NOTHING). I called them again….I finally got a “telehealth” appointment, the same day! Another physician/PA discussed my results with me….I won’t be back!!!! No thanks! Do better, please?!

If you are talking about Dr. Russell, yes she is still there. If you are talking about Dr. Fatima Raffoul, she's at the Estrella office
I haven't seen any male staff there, however my referral did have the name of a male provider on it so I'm sure there is at least one in the rotation. I'm currently pregnant, the provider who checked my cervix at my last appointment was female.
