11/4/22-UPDATE I saw Laura Lynch earlier this week now that Dr. Campbell has retired. GYN care stresses me all the way out BUT the care I received was absolutely the best GYN care I've receiced in my entire adult life! I am beyond appreciative that Laura had actually looked at my charts and medical history and was so caring and compassionate during my visit. I was thinking about switching practices but now I'm referring everyone I know. Thank you!!! I was extremely impressed by the care I received today by Dr. Campbell and her team (including Manica Alston). I had to have a procedure that I had very high anxiety about. Dr. Campbell walked me through every step and was very gentle throughout the process. Ms. Alston both assisted Dr. Campbell as well as reassured me during the procedure. Neither skipped a beat! They both also helped to calm my nerves and had amazing bedside manner. I was in great hands with this team. Thank you for all that you do.

Been a patient a long time. Had a problem so called, pressed option for "if you have an urgent question" Was on hold forever so decided to try the option of leaving a message. No one ever got back to me. No one got back to me after leaving a message on the URGENT question line! I know staffing has been an issue, but this kind of thing could be something a nurse can handle at home. Don't have an option for leaving a message if you don't intend to return a call.

Great providers, terrible front desk commutation. If you choose to come here make all your appointments in person and ahead of time. Any issues, go into the office to address them. I've been on the phone for 2.5 hours waiting for someone to answer my call. I finally sent my husband in and he got an answer in less than 10 minutes. I'm a current office manager in the medical field and would have been fired a long time ago if I let my front desk behave like this.

My visits were in the Columbia office near Howard office. I delivered in Howard Hospital. I know they have other locations so not sure if that's the only hospital they use.
