The place has good Wi-Fi, all services worked. There is no reason there isn’t a fence around that bike path with a key code entry into park except the owners are CHEAP! They clearly own several parks in area, their just waiting for a big buy out. Notice the foothills of the rookies you have to drive through to get in here. And the fact you can go way back in reviews to find they never have a person at this park which explains why it’s so hard to make a reservation and get your site information. They can’t even email the site information to you. Sadly, this is the only in town, so I’ll give 2 stars instead of 1 star. The welfare office is just southeast of this park a few 100 feet. Most people that walk the trail are fine but a few will not stop at anything to get what they want, if they have access to get it. So keep it locked up, including you in the camper, they will check doors as they walk by.

Illegal. Will take your money and book your spot then tell you that they have refunded your money and sent an email. No email. They kept our money. No one is ever at the office, and you cannot reach anyone by phone . Poorly managed. Poor communication. Greedy opportunists

They take your money for a month rent and then the very next day evict you after you've been there with no problems for weeks. Lie about refunds. Keep your $ and no one is ever in the office during posted hours. Never. And you can not ever reach anything new by phone. The voicemail is always full.
