These people are absolute garbage. They never get anything right. Every letter ever received from DCS is always wrong. They put child support payments on my husband's credit, when it wasn't even him who was supposed to be paying! They get everything wrong, are completely incompetent at their jobs and impossible to get a hold of! These people are the worst!

It takes 10 days to verify on your check for payment to reach other party. They heard my complaint on higher child support due to biased and unfair court's temporary order and advised about steps to take (though very expensive and frustrating). However, one of their clients was highly frustrated and cursing all the time as he was talking to one of the DCS officers. He said his check didn't reach his wife and his kids. They couldn't benefit of his child support payment.

Yes. Criminal activity or debts owed from one person to another does not negate the obligation for child support. They are completely seperate issues and have little bearing on eachother. I urge you to document and report said vandalism and potentially violent behavior. -I am not an employee of DSHS, I just have looked into something similar.
