I'm forced to go to this dr. office to receive trans care. Because its so hard to find a doctor as a trans person. The dr them self is good enough. But the nurses staff are the most incompetent so called professionals in the world. Every single month they screw up one of my medications and every single month i have to call them 2-3 times to get my medication filled a week late. I'm in a huge amount of pain because the medication for my chronic illness is a week late again again again again again again again again. Every single month my medication is late and i stay up at night in agony. They haven't improved in half a decade.

This place is great. The staff and doctors are very caring and truly want what is best for their patients. They work hard to accommodate the patients. They were kind and helpful to me during a very turbulent time in my life. It means a lot to me. They gifted me a big diaper bag during my pregnancy. They were so excited to see the pics of my daughter when she was born. The doctor was always very on the ball at getting things done. I felt like I could really trust and open up to my doctor. Felt like he wasn't just my doctor but also kind of like a therapist/confidante. I would highly recommend this place! [This review is from Ashley Woolman, my Google name is like an alias I use.]

The best staff ever. I was treated with nothing but respect, even when I was a homeless street junkie. From top to bottom. Dr Bruenor and his ilk, the awesome receptionists, and even security treated me like a person when the rest of the world spit on me. I love been going there for suboxone therapy for a long time and get treated like family. Two thumbs up. I'd give em more if I could grow some

One of the better places I have gone for "Public Healthcare". The staff are all super friendly and caring (Especially the nice man who is the receptionist at the Dental Clinic). And if, for some reason, you want to seek out other options they will sit down and talk with you about them and then give you referrals to places that will take your insurance or that you can afford. They have always been so helpful to me and I would be in a lot worse shape medically if I hadn't found them when I did.

Only if you are already being seen for services with our primary care clinic or if you work for an employer that is contract with Public Health to provide that service.
They happily answer the phone to answer questions
Yes you definitely can. The staff there is wonderful and very helpful and will get you all set up, point you in the right direction, and/or get you a referral if further steps are needed!

The Travel Clinic at Downtown Public Health Center is open 3 days per week. You can contact our office Monday through Friday from 8 AM - 5 PM at 206 477-8222 to schedule an appointment. They will give you a rundown on cost. There is a Yellow Fever shortage and we are not carrying that. Thank you for your inquiry.
They are usually pretty great at getting people in in an emergency. I haven't had any issues getting squeezed in especially if I was having trouble. I hope you feel better soon.
