Beautiful, trails were wonderful and fun

The preserve is a nice place to go on short hikes or bike rides without having to get out of town if you’re short on time. My dogs absolutely love this place and bark as soon as they realize where we’re going. My only suggestion is don’t stand around long because in the summer the mosquitoes will get you and in the winter the ticks seem to go after my long haired dog lol.

Nice park with lots of good signage about plant life. Feels like it could get crowded. The loop for now is only 3 miles as spring Creek trail is closed due to construction. This is a popular mountain bike spot but I have yet to ride it

So far so good. Not many folks out here. Cool enough to get some good walking in.

I was there yesterday with a friend and there were several individual ladies out there. We felt very safe. There were lots of families out as well.
I haven't spotted any hogs, but i would guess they are out there.
No playgrounds as such but it’s the woods so there is still a lot to see and do.
I've never seen one out there. Don't recall seeing a sign against them. Just stay in the paths designated for bikes.
Most trails are well marked or well trodden. The West Trail can be hard to follow is some spots. Google Maps gets me back on track every time.
Yes. Always open.
I believe its a bit more than a mile it should say on the map at the trailhead
Hi Kats, you can try calling the Howard Hughes Corp, they might have that answer for you
There are several interconnected marked dirt trails here. The main hiking trail is a 2 mile loop. Flintridge trail connects to it and so does spring creek. So you have miles of trails to pick from.
If you enter from the north side off of Flintridge, no. If you enter from the south off of Creekside Forest Drive, there are are bathrooms at the SE corner of Rob Fleming Park. Open 7-7.
There's a short 1.75 to 2 mile loop, also saw a 13 mile trail
Leashed only. Stick to outer 1 mile loop due to mountain biking on the inner loop. There is also more trails to explore south of the creek. BRING BUG SPRAY!
