I ordered almost $40 in food. (There was 2 adults and 2 Kids meals.) The kids meals were perfect. Both the adult meals were wrong and we ended up with an extra drink. I don’t think it was the workers fault… The screen on our stall was all messed up and we could hardly hear each other. I’m assuming that was the problem. When our CarHop came out and we realized the issue she immediately offered to take the food back and fix the order.. We declined. It was all edible, just not what we ordered. (The food was fresh and tasted great!) You’d think with how much Sonic Charges, they could keep their equipment in good working order!

When we showed up there were 0 other cars and we ordered 4 drinks. And I mean a couple of pops and teas. We were sitting there total probably 10 minutes or more and other cars had shown up after us. Eventually the car next to us got there food order at which time my fiancee literally walked in the Sonic and got our drinks for us. This was not a staffing issue she said there were 5 or 6 people in there. People have just gotten flat our lazy.

I don't know what's going on here, but my God. It takes them 15+ minutes just to take your order. Then God only knows if you'll get the right food. Come on corporate fix this!
