I usually don't eat out at taco bell, but decided to stop here to grab a couple tacos and a bean burrito. I gotta say, it was not what I expected. The tacos meat didn't taste right, not like meat. The bean burrito (how do you get that wrong, right?!) tortilla wrap was hard in places, taste like cardboard, the beans were good at least, but it lacked cheese. Least to say I was disappointed, again. The restaurant outside (I went through, the drive through) was clean. No line, no wait.

Their lobby was closed, but we were pulling our camper. The kind manager let us order inside instead!

I called headquarters in Irvine California and filed a formal complaint over the phone followed up by a email. Even now I shake my head about how bad the situation was handled by the employees
No Taylor I went indoors. I was not the hang up for this sad Taco Bell. I was only in there for no more than 10 minutes. It's the service and the poor handling of food
