Most trails are well marked or well trodden. The West Trail can be hard to follow is some spots. Google Maps gets me back on track every time.
Try alltrails
The trails seem to all be on Google maps and the gps on my phone did a pretty good job.
The main trail is viewable on mapmyrun and probably most running hiking aps. Not sure if the blue trail is available on aps but it is clearly marked for the most part. The blue trail will take you along Spring Creek. I have been on it several times. Just a word of caution I have seen a lot of hogs on the Pruitt Rd side.
