Kenneth Willridge

Paige Godfrey
They haven't paid past residence of 5 months. 5421.00. Now not paying current landlord which is establishment Apts. I have 7200.00 dollars now under my credit while in their program. Current landlord owed 2300.00. They aren't paying

The American Red Cross will most certainly provide some financial assistance as well. Call your local office
Also go to Beacon on Prairie and San Jacinto. Be there EARLY housing only takes the first 20 that sign in. I got there at 7am and I was 10th in line
The best place to find a shelter is the Salvation Army or Star of Hope. You will not be allowed to venture freely for 30 days. You will have to belong to a program. A 90 - 120 days program, 1 yr program, 2 yr program. Then you can seek medical help. Food Stamps. Even disability depending on your program choice. Careful no cell phones allowed so say you don't have one. Even a government cell phone can be attained for free.
Neither are medical. Try healthcare for the homeless on Pierce and Caroline.
Actually search does not provide the homeless letters. The letters are provided by lord of the streets the beacon or the Salvation Army.
Call the search number and ask them. I'm in the PATH group. My case worker is Ms. Harris. Call and talk to them.
Tell him to go to the beacon downtown...he can get a case worker to help him with resources and referrals to agencies that can help him get home...
Search is not a shelter but they can try and help you get the help you need if you have not been their before you will need to tell them that you are a new client and they can asign some one to help you i hope that maybe ihave been of some help to you Thank you Dennis
They have the application for you to apply for the gold card and info about where you can go to apply.
There is no place that will shelter the both of you together. Sally house, Star of Hope will shelter women and star of hope for men and salvation army for men
This is a resource center. They do have housing assitance programs like rapid rehousing but you have to be reffered through another agency. They will provide a homless letter though as well as help with application services for gold card and snap. They are a daycenter but are not and never were a shelter
Search will help him get housing just show up before 12 and tell them what you need
You May Need a Homeless letter.
There are plenty of jobs that hire only felons. They can help you with that at SEARCH. You need a homeless letter to be seen by the doctor at healthcare for the homeless.
No
He can go to the beacon on prairie. They work with those kind of cases
Yes
SEARCH can refer you to Operation ID and they will help you get TX driver's license or ID. If you meant green card that would be Catholic Charities of Houston
The salvation army and Star of hope have separate centers for women and children away from the mens centers. You may want to check with them first. There's a place in downtown Houston near Minute Maid Park that can give you all the information about emergency housing for women and children in Houston but I don't remember the name of the place. You can also go to The Beacon and they will wash your clothes and give you a hot lunch. They can provide you with information on emergency housing so that you and your family don't spend a night on the streets at all. If you need anything else please let me know and I'll look it up for you and give you a call or message you with the information. My name is Kimberly Haug and I was living on the streets of Houston for a few months during Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year's..... please let me know if you need anything.... I'll do what I can to help you and your children.
anytype of i.d. documents of yourself can help
No. You need a homeless letter to enter. But they don't provide one. Star of hope for men is the hardest homeless letter to get. Use compass.
Your looking for project Id. This place will not let you in unless you have a homeless letter. You're better going to the beacon and asking for help.
This place helps people who are homeless. They help you get food stamps and also mental health care. It is not a shelter.
No you can't. If you were married you can go to the family star of hope downtown. Since you aren't married you can go to the star of hope and they will split you guys up but at least you wont be homeless
Try to make an appt with healthcare for the homeless
I recommend calling 211. Ecclesia church and wayside Baptist Church have helped as well as Thomas St if ur plugged into that. Make sure they know u have a notice to vacate and if they don't have funds to help ask them to refer u to someone who can.
SEARCH has a clothing closet that serves their clients. Call them or stop by tomorrow.
I'm sure it is. They will even tell you about them.
Google Search telephone number then ask how can you come in for gold card renewal.
Go to the sobriety center to get a homeless letter. Then go to search within 30 days for an assessment.
Star of hope For Family intake
The Beacon
You have to prove that you are homeless like staying in a shelter. Then you go to the beacon and get assessed. If approved you will be placed on a waiting list. Then you can go to search to get in their case management program to assist with housing. Everyone case is different and you must qualify. It is faster if you are in a shelter also. It took me a year before I received housing after being homeless for four years....
You can not stay there but they will help you but you need ahomeless letter or apply as anew client for the help you need iam sorry iam not more help dee. Thank you
They can help you but they don't have a place for you to stay but once you see them they will get you assisted they deal with homeless situations yes
Try The Magnificat house. 3300 Caroline st. 77004.
You can go to search and apply as a new client and they can tell you all the exact people and papers you will need to have and who you need to see God Bless you love Dennis
Help only come from God bru... He put people in your life when you need them. So instead of going to people from just pray about it and trust and believe God gpnna put someone in your life to provide for your needs.. Amen Prayers do work so go to God for your help , thats why you probably can't get help because God blocking out everybody. So you can come to him for help, so it's just you in God homie...God Bless
I'm not familiar with "tabc".
I would try the Beacon downtown..cause you have to go through them to get to the place three doors down from them.I have heard that if you get ssi they won't help...but I haven't been there in years...get there early.most camp out the night before..lol
There's also the Star of Hope, downtown.
Do they see clients M-F for assistance in housing?
They take donations. But don't help anyone there. They just refer you. They SUCK.....
