Neither are medical. Try healthcare for the homeless on Pierce and Caroline.

There is also Lord of the Streets that does dental. Located at 3401 Fanning St.

I would suggest using healthcare for the homeless at 1934 Caroline. If u have a gold card I believe you'll need to go through Harris health.

You can sign up for Gold card at Beacon but get there very early.
