This rating is for the office staff. Today makes a week that I’ve been waiting on a form that should’ve been sent back “3 to 5 business days”. Every time I call it’s a run around about waiting for the doctor to sign the forms that my daughter NEEDS FOR school. Let alone the 3 hours my daughter spent at this office for her 4 yr old check up.

The workers are so rude and unprofessional. So the wrong dosage was called in on my sons medication and I called to let them know the wrong dosage had been called in and the pharmacy sent a request and the doctor who prescribes my child the medication denied it and says it will take 3-5 business days for a provider to SIGN off sending the CORRECT medication. Well here I am on a Friday so the 3-5 business days doesn’t start til Monday. The lady Shanon said I have called 15 times when it was only 3, once to call about the mess up and again to check on if it had been signed and lady said it was sent to pharmacy and pharmacy said it wasn’t so I called back. That is THREE. She was rude and ugly to me telling me I can sign papers to take him else where and that. So apparently the doctors prescribe monthly medications for your child to take daily and then DENIES the refill. But the fact the Shannon lady said I have called 30 times month and 15 time today was unprofessional. I HAVE to call to request refills for my sons EVERY month. I have called 1 other time about his medication and then this morning because they can’t refill a medication THEY PRESCRIBED cuz the doctor denied his refill.

Dr. E.Philips was absolutely amazing today. She talked to my boys not only about their health, but their dreams and being socially responsible. Truly she showed care and concern about the entire child! The assistants moved quickly and were great. I was in at 9 and walking out by 10:15! Timing has improved greatly!

The worst place ever! Showed up for an appointment 20 minutes before the scheduled time only for the staff to tell me they needed to reschedule the appointment. They claim they tried to contact me but the last notification I received from the office was on May 11th at 3:00 and it was a reminder notification. This was a huge inconvenience for me and my daughter who I had to get out of school early for this appointment. I was literally in the parking lot and called in to notify them that I was there, only to learn that they couldn’t see my daughter. If I could score a zero I would because this place isn’t deserving of a 1 star. I am done with them.
