I have been with Honeygo for 5 years now, and both of my children have been patients here. They used to be so amazing. They seem like they have recently gotten new people, they are so rude. They also have called my mom to confirm my sons appointments and told her what kind of appointments he has been in for. (My mom also has kids that have come here for a long time). I have given cash recently as a co-pay and luckily I have kept receipts because they tried to tell me I didn’t pay my co-pays. I’m not sure exactly why the new crew is so rude over the phone and one even in person, but I am very fed up and ready to change places for my kids. Especially because of the confidentiality breech with my mom.
