My daughter was breathing really funny I couldn’t tell if it was because of her usual constipation or because she had a cough so I automatically thought to take her here. As a single mother of triplets it’s no easy task getting around especially with not one but two sick kids the wait was reasonable. (Healthcare isn’t a fast food line, I don’t understand why people complain about wait times ) I get in to see a provider and they take my daughter pulse ox and she was stating at 86%! I realized how serious this was and the nurses and staff automatically jumped into action, I of course couldn’t not contain my emotions and Burst into tears with two kids screaming and one breathing so abnormal. Seeing me so overwhelmed the kind staff here took the other two babies and smooth them while my child was still getting the care she needed. She’s now in the hospital and getting better slowly but I wanted to take the time to THANK EVERYONE here and keep up the amazing work! ❤️ hopefully we never have to see you guys again🥲

I went to PM pediatrics for my son on 10/6/2022. Made a 515 appointment. They were busy I guess so we were eventually seen at 550. Good experience even waiting 35 mins after appointment set. They prescribe amoxicillin. Grab it at the pharmacy by me, no cost to me, everything is good. The next day 10/7/2022 my wife brings my daughter back to PM pediatrics with similar symptoms. Diagnose her with an ear infection (same as my son). They prescribe the same exact amoxicillin. I go to the pharmacy and it costs 20 dollars…. Because the doctor who prescribed it doesn’t work with Medicaid patients??? Then don’t have that doctor prescribe ANYTHING to Medicaid patients. Common sense is all I’m asking for. Two patients with the same exact insurance coverage, one is covered 100%, the other you have to pay for. It’s not the money, it’s the point. This is how you lose patients.

Should offer payment plans when insurance is not accepted, especially in this economy not everyone can afford to fork out over $100 at once for medical care. I made an appointment the other night and came in with the same insurance I’ve used in the past only to he told it’s no longer accepted. No payment plans accepted like most medical facilities. Doesn’t matter if your kid has a high fever you are told to go to the ER. Seriously? The ER for something I know can be treated w/o a hospital visit? Ridiculous.

They offer different shots I'm sure, but you can always call to inquire. I went there on emergency they were very patient. I use stony brook as a primary though and they offer those shots.
No they do Not.
