Horrible. Open late. Staff walking in late. 2nd person here and waiting over 30 minutes to see the doctor and the whole time my son is crying from his earache.

A woman named Angie answered the phone. She was so patient, polite and helpful.

This practice does not even deserve one star. Made an appointment online for 2:00PM for my daughter who was in so much pain I had no choice but to go to them I was desperate and wish I hadn’t. I set my appointment up online even uploading her insurance cards to the online system which it said they accepted there! so when I get there the appointment will be quick.. everything uploaded good and than I arrived to my appointment the front desk woman tells me they don’t accept her insurance so it will be $75.00 for the visit!! Online it says they do accept it and it accepted her cards through the system! She than proceeds to tell me that they don’t accept that type of plan but wouldn’t tell me what they do accept under United healthcare.. I had a crying toddler in pain so I just paid the money for now until I reach out to billing and my insurance company. Completely unacceptable and unprofessional! They also tried charging me another $75.00 for a covid test! The PA checked my daughters ears and literally made her ears bleed from being so rough! Fast forward the next morning my daughters ears are still bleeding with earwax oozing out so I called to have her send antibiotics to her pharmacy so she doesn’t get an infection from the PA’S rough exam and the receptionist tells me that the doctor is on vacation if I need a prescription I would have to come back in and pay another $75.00!!! It hasn’t even been 24 hours and you want more money from me!! So unprofessional and thieves going after sick kids and families. I’ll never return here. I will be getting my money back!

Although the staff was very kind and courteous, the physician assistant who diagnosed my daughter did not fully take into consideration the onset of her symptoms or properly diagnose her condition. She decided my daughter is possibly suffering from a fatal condition and instructed us to go straight to the emergency room for further testing. She informed us she would contact the emergency room to make them aware of my daughter's condition to avoid reevaluation and proceed with the necessary ultrasound. Followong the PA's instruction, since she is a medical provider, we went straight to the ER. Upon arrival we were made aware that the physician assistant my daughter saw did NOT contact the hospital as indicated. Also, the treating physician who evaluated her at the ER was very clear that the physician assistant made a gross misassumption due to her not exhibiting any significant symptoms of the condition she had diagnosed. We reiterated the same information we told the PA at PM pediatrics. I then followed up with her pediatrician who agreed with the ER doctor that the PA had misdiagnosed my daughter. Bringing my daughter to the ER at 4 months old, and also having the PA not follow through with notifying the ER of the situation caused a lot of unnecessary stress and trauma to my daughter and myself. Very scary that this was the level of medical expertise they provide.
