I swear any delivery service that comes to Reading continuously gets lost, especially through USPS. Recently I had 5 incoming packages. I only received two out of the three that were USPS. Ever since I moved here I've dealt with a total of 21 lost packages whether its UPS, FedEx, USPS, Amazon or DHL transferring to USPS. I lived here since 2018 so I haven't been here THAT long. As soon as anything gets to or comes close to Reading it gets lost in the mix or even delivered to the wrong address somehow. I don't think I've had a single lost package aside from one in my entire life until I moved to Pennsylvania.

No physical means to talk to human via phone. Voicemail mailbox full. Terrible service. Have to share google review as there is no way to actually communicate with them without going in-person.

There is an excellent part, Attentions are First Class, but when the shipment leaves, you will never know if it will reach its destination.

My pizza was ice cold, my ice cream was melted and got all over my mail box.

what would you like to know
You must schedule an appointment
Unbelievable, but we are in the same situation, right now I am trying to solve the same thing that happens to you, to know where my package is 😞
It's cheaper at Walmart, but they do take pictures for passport
Maybe there was no mail for you. Did the mail person skip the whole block if so that's weird. Contact post office. You can register your address for one of their services where you can see your mail before you receive it. They scan the letters and email you it. It's not available for every address but you can try it. Sorry I don't know what the service is called but check out the site
Fill out a change of address card at the post office. An all ur mail will be sent to ur new address. U can pick them up at ur local post office. It's the best way to receive ur mail at a new residence.
Go to the post office and sign for it
If you decide to get a lawyer do yourself a favor and delete this HORRIBLE post/comment. Merry Christmas to you, enjoy the holidays and for new year's try to be a little respectful to others.
Hi! Go personally. They are so helpful. Good luck!
Hi! Is better if you call. They are always changing.
I cant thru to ask somone
you need to go online at www.usps.com and make an appointment. You must pay by check or money order payable to the "Department of State."
Hi. Honestly I don't know for sure. My advice call your nearest postal office and ask. God Bless You.
You can send it in the mail but it would cost more than 1 stamp. You would have to take it to the post office for them to weigh it and tell you how much it would cost.
No. There used to be one in the Shillington post office, but i dont know if its still there or not.
