Long Story, but in a nutshell... we're missing a lot of mail, over the last month, that was supposed to be delivered according to their informed delivery emails! I've now filed 2 formal complaints in less than a month! I believe we're experiencing mail theft because of the certain mail pieces that have come up missing! My last complaint went no where! If this one does also then I will be getting an attorney involved! Other residents in my community are having the same issue!

Get the mail key changed
$40, we just did this this week.
1.form has to be completed properly. 2. It hasn't registered in their system yet. 3. If they think it's fraud they will send you a letter to go in person with an id.
Just went in two days ago, its 40 bucks because the re key the lock. It takes about a week, then you go back and pick up your key. They will hold your mail at the PO until your box is ready but you can stop in and grab it whenever you like.
