I’m so glad I chose residences at the collection! Craigh is the definition of accommodating and professionalism, he was able to make my move in process so simple. Overall I’ve had a great experience so far and as most know it’s starts with the office staff and all of you have been great!

I opened a maintenance request almost a month ago and never get updates unless i find a maintenance guy and ask. The manager or office never responds to my emails for updates or issues. I'm also not happy with the over $100 every month they add in other charges (see attached). Update (11/1/22) maintenance issue resolved two weeks later. Still charging $115 on top of my rent every month. Some for things i dont use, like pkg delivery.

My family and I recently moved in the residence of collection and it has been a great experience. The leasing agent, Aubree, is phenomenal and very knowledgeable. She made our entire move in experience easy and stress free. We had a small mishap the first day of move in and she made sure to get things fixed immediately. I would definitely recommend anyone to chose these apartments and allow Aubree to assist you.
