Sorry to say my experience was not so great. A simple bunionectomy of my right foot turned into a bad experience. I was left with my big toe shorter than it should be. My second toe has no feeling due to nerve damage now falls to the right. The last three surgeries were performed by a highly qualified specialist. Finally, after five years I'm able to walk in sandals instead of sneakers. FYI: If a doctor labels you as "Non-compliant" a term used in many cases to make you look bad, when actually it's just the opposite.

Apologies for giving a low rating, but someone at Florida Orthopaedic Specialists needs to see this and make some changes. Billing statement issued June 3rd, with a "due date" of June 18th. (Fifteen days is a little tight for this industry, isn't it?) Bill was paid in late June with an online bill presentment service with our bank; confirmed as received by F.O.S. on July 1st -- 28 days after the billing statement. On July 5th, we receive in the mail a notice that the bill has been turned over to a collections agency. A wee bit aggressive in your billing department, F.O.S.?

This is James Nimmo. Apt was 4/27/22. I arrived early for my 9:15 apt. and was taken early. Much appreciated. Often the set time seems (in some offices) more important than the patient. Staff is friendly, competent, and professional. Couldn't be better.

Very very disappointed in Dr. Williams and the staff in the Stuart office, they put wrong information in my chart ,mainly medicine amt and frequency that I have been takening, Dr. Williams made me feel like I was an inconvenience and was bothering him. Didn't even bother looking at the area i was having issues with. They say they will call and no one calls. Still waiting on a care plan over 1 month later still nothing. This was my 1st appt and a new patient. Well no thank you, I will not be treated that way.
