The apartment management is worse regarding its maintenance and emergency call, the office hours shows it’s open but they are close all the time till there is new residents appointment! And also the maintenance team communication is worse! AC and Heater issue is the another thing need to be consider that the office is controlling them and residents can’t control their ac in the winter and summer!

I always find a very helpful and willing staff at the management office. They way they treat people is really good.

This place is very comfortable to live in however if you can't sleep cuz of noise issues don't move here the train runs right through here also there is a roach problem. They also fine you for any little thing including changing your tire, having mechanical work done on your car or leaving a plant in your front door. The pool haves never been open and the manager is some times difficult to work with. Oh and they control the heat which i think is turned on the week of Thanksgiving and air conditioner i think is turned on the first week of April. Rent is not bad for what you get... Just hope you dont have any issues with the AEC or Heat because they wont fix it right.
