If u looking for a place to live don’t even consider these apartments they lack management and the maintenance people are nowhere to be found I’m waiting on this ceiling to fall on my head to sue these ppl😂 I’ve been waiting over a month for these ppl to fix this when they come fix it ima be swimming in this apartment there’s roaches everywhere rotting edges rotting bathrooms it’s just disgusting living here and tow trucks just taking cars 25/8 even if you’re gonna go get a renew your parking sticker they take your car just a waste of money there. Lo barato sale caro🤦🏻‍♀️

There they steal at all hours of the day, and the "manager" never does anything. They should put some surveillance system, and since only every 6 months it can be renewed just to increase the rent.

Zero stars if I could! Management is horrible! Rude ,stuck up, zero help! Maintenance is a joke! They do not fix a thing nor do I think they even know how to tbh! Always having plumbing issues and A.C hardly ever works! Little partaking for residents and bearly any visitors spaces and the ones there are are always packed ( usually by people that live here but do t have a sticker). Can’t get a visitor pass cuz they never have em and on can get 2 which it crazy! Emergency maintenance never answer and when they do they find a way to never come u til next day when it’s convenient! Worst apartments ever!!!

The mgmt in the rent office are intentionally harassing African American tenants n their visitors by towing cars and making room for more Hispanics to move in! Also, they have not been sending out any notices on updates to tenants we as tenants do have rights especially when they make changes to parking, they intentionally ride around on a cart and watch who visit who and will tell the tow driver to tow yr car if it has been parked in. Visitors more than one day! They enter your apt without notice evading your privacy,we as tenants have privacy rights! And it took them 2 months to fix a water leak in my ceiling!
