Smiling Gator RV Park and Storage

I contacted them by email and got a quick response. As of 2/12/2020 their monthly rates are $450 + electric. BUT I was unaware that this is a 55+ community, and they only allow campers less than 10 years old unless pre-approved. They do allow 2 pets, no dogs over 40lbs. They do not have any security service. Their RV spots are grass and dirt, and the spots can accommodate 2 vehicles.

Cooksey's RV Park has been sold. They are going to redo a lot and go up on the lot rent. It is a good location close to downtown and I-95 but I am looking for somewhere to go because I can't afford what I hear it is going to cost.

We do have our "snowbirds" that stay here through sometimes until March, best to call ahead and make reservations for what months you plan to stay,,, yiC

It would be wise to ask the management team as the sites are set up electronically different from "tent sites" compared to your "RV" sites, I hope this has been helpful,,, yiC

No, there are no tent spaces offered @ Cooksey's. I'm not sure there are any offered in the immediate area. Maybe near Anastasia?
