It's a really nice apartment complex. The train tracks are kind of noisy though.

The apartments are nice inside and comfortable. The new price increase is extremely overpriced given the current economy and being that the office is hardly ever staffed and the front gate has been broken for months so anyone can drive in and out at anytime. Fully expect to hear and feel the train every time it goes by. If your building is toward the back by the tracks the entire building literally shakes each time the train comes. We often joke about the free massage.

THIS IS THE WORST APARTMENT COMPLEX IVE EVER LIVED IN, including all the years I was in college. The walls are paper thin and you can hear every resident in your surrounding area throughout the day and night. The grounds are not well kept and there is trash everywhere. The office staff are rude, especially Sharice and Amanda is the most arrogant person I’ve ever met, she acts like she’s better than the residents that live here. The Rent goes up $300 every time you have to sign a new lease and they will literally charge you for anything they possibly can; for example there is a trash service here that picks your trash up, which they charge you for even if you don’t want it and half the time they don’t come pick your trash up, well if your trashcan is left outside from the night before past 9AM you get charged $25. They’ll act like they love you until you sign the dotted line and then act like you’re an inconvenience anytime you need something done. I’ve lived in multiple apartments and many throughout college that were nowhere near this bad. Take your money and run. Below is an example of how disgusting this place is.

I wish I had better to say about this complex, but unfortunately I do not. I have lived here since 2021 and absolutely loved it when first moving in. However, with new front office staff that are incredibly rude, and a year and a half later with an EXHAUSTING (both physically and mentally) on-site transfer to a new unit with many hurdles and back and forths with this complex, I can’t say that I love this place anymore. It literally is like pulling an arm and a leg to be able to just ASK A QUESTION to the front office staff, who hardly ever return your phone call or message. They tell you one thing and then turn around and say another. It’s just unreal that we pay almost $2,000 A MONTH for this. It’s absurd. I hope that somehow the front office staff could get better training to learn how to speak to people and how to assist people. I work for an office and we would never have horrible communication such as this apartment complex has. Like I said, I wish I could leave more stars because I truly did love this place, but no so much anymore. You’re better off finding a house to put down roots with a mortgage or AT THE LEAST, finding a different complex in Saint Augustine to give your hard earned money to. Don’t live here, I promise you don’t want to lol.

Questions & Answers

Does anyone else feel this place is completely overpriced? Rent for a one bed one bath used to be 1,200 and 100 for a garage. Same place nothing more a few years ago by and now 1,600 with 200 garage. I assume you will be continuing to put people on

Agreed! When the time came to renew my lease for my 2 bedroom it increased from $1500 to $1775. Unfortunately, I was forced to renew because they require a 90 day notice but all other places in town require 30 day notice so they were unable to tell me what they would have available 3 months out. Also, it's comical how they raise the cost of rent but don't maintain things like having a front gate that EVER closes yet we are allegedly a gated community. When they changed the parking stickers that were mandatory to have on your vehicle to avoid being towed, it took me 5 trips to the office to pick mine up because the sign always claims they are "showing the property and will return in 10 minutes".
