Canters is a pretty complex I’m just sad about the old manager not being there no more she was the nicest lady you could deal with to be honest. I’ve been here for two years and haven’t had no problem with her what so ever but now that the new Manger is here it’s a problem now. The new manager is rude for no reason when I showed nothing but respect to her.

I have been living here for 3 years, and it has been one of the best decisions I have made, they are very attentive with what is broken, the girl from the office now calls me to verify that they came to fix what I requested, the attention is very good makes you feel part of here. They definitely get better every year and it shows.

This is perhaps the worst place in metroplex
All. It's not included in the rent cost, it's just added to the rent. I'd avoid at all cost though.

I believe they are Second Chance Apartments but the two-bedroom apartments the one my daughter lives in has no dishwasher no prep water pressure at all know how hot water half the time and the wrench cost you $1,200 a month for 800 square feet of inconvenience but they are Second Chance Apartments and if you got $1,200 a month you don't need oh I'm sorry my daughter corrected me she pays $1,186 a month you can't pay your own utility bills they add that to your rent the 1st of every month so my daughter's rent plus relaxing water running about 1400 a month but they are Second Chance Apartments
Lots of mold in the apartments water is always turned off
