I ordered 600 pounds of ice for my wedding which was confirmed via text and phone call. We texted about the details and the guy told me that I would have to pay cash upon delivery which I thought was odd because usually payment is required upfront. So on the day of my wedding, no ice was delivered. When I called the person I had been communicating with, he was confused and said he didn’t have an order for a wedding. He also suggested that maybe the order wasn’t actually placed because we didn’t pay upfront (which I was told wasn’t an option). This is such a huge oversight to completely miss an order that was discussed in written communication and over the phone. My impression is that they are unorganized and unreliable. I would not recommend them. Luckily we found another company that delivered within an hour and saved us from serving warm drinks to 150 people.

I wanted dry ice for a Halloween party, but didn't know how much to get. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and they didn't try to sell me more than I needed. Great place, I'll definitely come here again.

I looove this ice! You might think ice is just ice and there’s no difference but that’s absolutely not the case. This ice is just the best. When it starts to melt the texture is similar to that delicious ice in the maternity ward at the hospital except it’s even better than that in my opinion
