BEWARE this store in franchise and will lie to your face for higher sales. I went in last month to upgrade my moms phone to iPhone 13 and we payed 200 bucks. The young man couldn’t explain to me as in why all he could say “things change it’s the credit”…whatever we payed. I just upgrade my phone to an iPhone 14 at the T-Mobile in the mall and found out to upgrade for me would have only been 80 bucks that they had charged me the phone case, screen protectors and box to charge phone. When they told me everything was “included” in that price. Basically I could have opted out of buying the extra stuff and payed much less but was lied to and told to upgrade it was 200 down payment. I would LOVE to see this T-mobile owner reach out to me seeing he responded to his customers. I am very upset and plan to call later this weekend to speak to him.

The same as the young woman before me. I went in to get Wifi for my RV and Mathew the customer service rep was great. He told me the 4G was on promo and 50G of service was $50 a month. The Manger told him to give me tge 5G because allI had to pay was the taxes it was also on promo again I just needed to pay the taxes. I purchased I'd later I went there and they said I had to call received a bill charging me $14.95 a minute for it. I called customer service and they told me to return it to them. The Manager said he never said that and I had to return it to customer care. He flat out lied!!

I switched to T Mobile and it was an instant regret. This specific location on 2 nd Street in El Cajon, Ca is the worst phone place I have ever been to. Dare I say it, maybe, just maybe, all these men who work there, think women are subservient to them. I’m no feminist but I do call it as I see it. My daughter and I were both lied to on several occasions, by different men. These guys lied about everything. They opted us in charges we were never told about or agreed to. They lied about the trial for their internet modem. Lie after lie after lie. The manager lied to us and told us we had a month to return the modem that was supposed to be a 15 day trial. Lie. If not for the awesome customer service rep on the phone, we would have had to pay almost 300 bucks for their lies and would have switched service carriers. According to this customer rep, she said she has had problems with this particular location too. Nope, I would never recommend these conmen. Their lies are a consistent complaint in other reviews.

Have been trying to resolve this issue - Credit, Promotion Deal since April, their employee (Nate)promises to call back with a solution but nothing has been resolved since then. Worst Customer Service & False Promotions!!!
