We absolutely LOVE them!!! They are super excellent, professional, caring and helpful. I cannot say enough good things about them. I recommend them to all my friends and family. I will never use any other pharmacy. They are so wonderful that I will only use Palm Care Pharmacy for all our prescription needs. I manage prescriptions for my family, including for special needs kids that have special medications and older family members with special medications for their "complex" medical needs. Plam Care pharmacy handles the "TAR" paperwork without any issues. (I've had other pharmacies that couldn't handle the "TAR" paperwork and messed up our medications every time we needed a refill.) But Palm Care Pharmacy NEVER has any issue with the "TAR" paperwork; so, we get our vital medications consistently and easily. They get the paperwork done quickly and professionally so our medications are available when we need them. We now only use Palm Care Pharmacy; so, I never have to worry about getting the medications we need! Because of Palm Care Pharmacy, I can actually spend time where I need to; caring for my family! They are so helpful, friendly and professional. It's so relieving to be able to focus on my family rather than having to worry about the prescriptions. Palm Care Pharmacy is a huge time saver for us. Thanks to them, our medications are ready hassle free. Palm Care Pharmacy is able to do all our prescription needs, (even "TAR" and compound prescriptions)! I had great experience with the staff they were so kind ,and they helped me getting my medicine quickly! and they directed me professionally to do the Covid test , and while I was waiting for the results they offered me soft drinks and they sat me dawn because they noticed how sick I was ! honestly I never seen anything like that !!!!! so please guys if you want to get your Prescription fast and if you’re looking for extra care and good hospitality and quick Pcr go to your Friendly pharmacy it’s the palm pharmacy in Alcajon , it’s Everything I mentioned , And it’s bilingual , all workers there they speak English and Arabic , thank you Mr CEO Dr : Osama Al Quazaki for providing us a great quality for pharmasy care ! you are the best , and God bless 🙏🏻

This place used to have a great service but it has been geeting the worse since then! The employees are rude and not respectful. Based on my last experience, the pharmacist himself, Osama was helpless. I asked him for help and all what he did was ignoring and walking away. I did my COVID test for my little brother and they told us that the result would be out within an hour and that was a LIE. It took forever for the results to come out and my mom had to go twice to ask for the results until the next day in the morning they gave it to her. They usually tell u that when we call you, you can come pick up your results and when my mom went the next day she did not receive a call from them. Most people wonder why the COVID numbers are increasing and it’s because people like him! He has all people stand in line without the 6 feet social distances, I hope that the city one day will get there and see what I saw and experienced and shut it down.
