They left us on the street. Didn’t even tell us! Apparently they sent us a lease to sign for an apartment that was still occupied and didn’t bother to tell us when the person living there decided to stay last minute? 2 days before move in - my wife called to ask about keys and found out that we actually CAN’T move in. They said “Oh, you didn’t get a call?" We are all packed, u-haul truck rented, NOWHERE TO GO.

Current resident since Aug 2021...... Nice location, nice layouts (updated), dope school district, but since management change in 2021 it feels like lower income based housing. We are charged for everything under the sun, upkeep has gotten horrible, hallways are nasty, limited parking, nothing works (gates & car wash), and the staff is rude as hell. I've been towed 3 times living here and it is only getting worst. Anything paid online comes with a $50 fee and their payment system goes down often. If you travel for work this is not the place for you. Their inconsistencies with trash, customer service, and online services will have your apartment filled with bugs and tons of fines when you get back. Good luck trying to get anyone on the phone for questions and they don't call back. The emergency guy does come pretty fast in my case. Overall it isn't a bad complex, management sucks, and if you're a seasoned adult this isn't the complex for you.

Lived here for 15 months. It was sold during my tenure. First owners were acceptable, second incompetent. Cannot imagine why they thought they could manage such a large complex. Good luck to you if you decide to rent here.
