6/25/2022 The manager was the worse. NEVER coming to this store again. First & LAST!!!!!! She was not professional at all & won’t show me the policy of something she said to me because I wasn’t an employee and she didn’t have time to show me the policy of what she was saying. & from reading past reviews I’m sure all the negative comments are about her because it fits her perfectly.

One of the main reasons I stopped going. I like to give people the benefit of the doubt, but chances of her having a bad day each time I've been there is impossible. She should at least get a talked to if she hasn't before. We don't know what's going on in her life, or she lost her patience dealing with rude customers herself and beliving all customers are not worth being nice to. Good customer service is a priority for any company dealing with the public in order to have return customers and to make money. So let's hope this is just a temporary problem for her, the company will talk to her and things will change before she loses her job.
She's the reason I stopped going there. Denied my valid ID and threw a fit when I told her I was going to call corporate on her.

Yes, I have had problems with the day manager also , I retired from retail but where ever I worked the policy was if there were more then 4 costomers in line you open another one but she said that wasn't her policy so 15 people had to stand in the same line
